What Rally Night stores, where, and how to delete it.
What we store
When you sign in with Steam, we store:
- Your Steam ID, display name, and avatar URL
- A cached list of your owned games and playtime, used to find what your squad can play together
- Any squads you save and any game-night results you share
If you vote on a shared game-night link without signing in, we only store an anonymous voter ID in a cookie on your device — no Steam account is attached to that vote.
Where it’s stored
Everything lives in a Postgres database on our own server. We don’t sell data or share it with anyone outside of Steam’s own API, which we call on your behalf to look up your friends and library.
How long we keep it
Your account data stays until you delete it below. Shared game-night links and their votes automatically expire 90 days after you create them. Deleting your account removes any links you created immediately, so they stop working right away for anyone you shared them with.
